A crib is available for little ones. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Upon arrival, you will find a selection of breakfast items ready for you. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, and iron. Private entrance. The shared outdoor pool is open from May 5th to October 31st, ideal for family summer days. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport stops. Free street parking. Pets allowed (max 1). No smoking or events. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please keep noise down after 9:00 pm and observe complete quiet after 11:00 pm. This policy applies to all apartments in the building. Access is through the main gate. Please note this is a private rental apartment, not a hotel or B&B. Treat it with the respect you would give a private home. The upstairs bedroom has sloped ceilings and is located in an attic area. The property also offers step-free access. A small breakfast is provided for your first day. Outside, you can relax in your private garden at both the front and back of the property. You also have a private covered terrace and an outdoor shower by the pool area. The shared outdoor pool is available from early May to October 15. Parking is available on the street in white-marked spaces. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Lake Garda is just 2 km away, and the area offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Entry to the property is through the main gate.
